Ichijou Raku - Nisekoi Wikia
Raku Ichijō (一条 楽, Ichijō Raku)
Japanese voiced by: Kōki Uchiyama
is the main protagonist of the Nisekoi series that is written and illustrated by Naoshi Komi. He serves as the fake boyfriend of Chitoge Kirisaki for the next three years of his school life to prevent a war from starting between their families.
He's name meaning is "Young Master"
He's Goal is Civilized job in the future Discovering the girl who he made a promise with; To achieve the false relationship with Chitoge Kirisaki.

The main heroine and the daughter of the leader of the Bee Hive Gangsters, Chitoge transfers from America to Raku's high school at the start of the series. She and Raku pretend to be in a relationship in order to prevent their families' factions from feuding.
She is half-Japanese with long blonde hair that is tied with a ribbon. She is good at sports and academics, but clueless when it comes to cooking.
Despite not getting along with Raku from the start, she makes an effort to find his lost pendant. Ten years before, Chitoge makes a promise with a boy; when she looks through her diary from that time, she stumbles upon a key that could potentially unlock Raku's locket. Later she develops feelings for Raku without realizing it, and tends to get jealous whenever other girls such as Marika try to get close to him. During their Romeo and Juliet class play, she eventually realizes that she is truly in love with him. Her mother, Hana, is a powerful CEO in America.

Raku is the son of a Yakuza family leader. He refuses to take over the family's duties as the next leader, and prefers to pursue a normal career when he graduates. In the story, he is placed in a fake relationship with Chitoge to prevent a war from starting between their families.
The relationship often leads to misunderstandings and difficulties for him as he pursues his crush, Kosaki Onodera. Raku is shown to be very kind and caring even to the people he is supposed to hate, as shown when he helps Chitoge numerous times in the series.
As the story progresses, he grows closer to Chitoge, and he even stated that he no longer hates her, although he has yet to sort out his true feelings.
chijou Raku is an ordinary high school student. And he is also the sole heir to the Yakuza family called Shuei-gumi. Ten years ago, Raku made a secret promise ... promise with a girl he meets. They promised each other that they would "get married when they are together again." Since then, Raku never took the locket given her.
Then one day, a beautiful girl named Chitoge Kirisaki moved to Raku class. Their properties against each other. But for some strange events, Raku and Chitoge agrees to pretend to be lovers. Although her heart was really interested in their classmates, Kosaki Onodera, Raku must continue to pretend to be boyfriend Chitoge.

Nisekoi means "False Love" for English language it is a romantic at the same time comedy anime series written and illustrated by Naoshi Komi. Nisekoi was first published as a one-shot manga in Shueisha's seasonal Jump NEXT! magazine before being serialized in Weekly Shōnen Jump. Since November 26, 2012, Nisekoi has been published in English in Viz Media's digital magazine, Weekly Shonen Jump. As of March 2014 the series has been compiled in 11 tankōbon volumes in Japan, and is also being released in English in digital and print volumes by Viz Media. The manga has inspired a novel series, titled Nisekoi: Urabana, written by Hajime Tanaka and published by Shueisha. There have been two volumes published, on June 4 and December 28, 2013.
In May 2013, it was announced that an anime adaptation of Nisekoi had been greenlit. The anime is directed by Akiyuki Shinbo at Shaft, and began airing from January 11, 2014. Aniplex USA has licensed the series for streaming in North America. DAISUKI.net streams the episodes as simulcast with English subtitles for audiences from US, Canada, South America and South Africa.
Plot:
Nisekoi follows high school student Raku Ichijou, the son of a leader in the yakuza faction Shuei-Gumi, and Chitoge Kirisaki, the daughter of a boss in a rival gang known as Beehive. They unexpectedly meet when Chitoge hops a wall and knees Raku in the face. After she runs off, Raku realizes he has lost his pendant which was given to him by his childhood sweetheart with whom he made a secret promise. After discovering Chitoge is a new transfer student in his class, he forces her to help him look for the pendant. During the search, they begin to dislike each other.
Upon returning home, Raku learns that the Shuei-Gumi and Beehive gangs have agreed to settle their feud by pairing their leaders' children. Raku learns that his girlfriend-to-be is none other than Chitoge. For the next three years, they must pretend to be in a relationship to maintain peace between the gangs. This turns out to be quite a challenging task, not only because of their hatred for one another, but also because Raku has a crush on another schoolmate, Kosaki Onodera, whom he secretly wishes was the girl who bears the key to his pendant. Various developments complicate the situation, including Chitoge's over-protective bodyguard, a female hitman, a girl who claims to be Raku's fiancée, and the existence of multiple keys.
