Yukihime Fugi is a member of Phantom Thieves' Gang Matsuri, A college girl, Yukihime is secretly a high-ranked member of Matsuri, and is the teacher of Jūgo's martial arts. She is holding a grudge toward Jūgo for leaving Matsuri. Jūgo later gave her a Nanana Collection, a large hammer than can shoot out chains to pin down the target to prevent his escape.

At first, Yukihime respect Jūgo as the leader of «Matsuri»'s son. After Jūgo declined to return to «Matsuri», Yukihime pretend not to know him and competing with him for catching Nanana Collection. However, she actually trusted him by covering him up when he gave a fake collection to her.She's apparently his first love.
